Aircel Joins the 'Pay Per Second' Tariff War in Maharashtra
GSM service providers - Tata Docomo and BSNL, now have a competitor. Aircel is the new entrant in the great 'Pay Per Second' Tariff war! Aircel has introduced 'Pay Per Second Plan' for its Maharashtra users. But where Aircel beats Tata Docomo & BSNL is by providing the service without any extra charges!
By using the Aircel 'Pay Per Second Plan', users can make all the local and STD calls at 1 paisa per second. The users can, however, make monthly STD calls for 10,000 seconds only. After 10,000 seconds, calls will be charged at 2 paisa per second. Users can send local SMSes at 60 paisa per SMS and STD SMS at Rs. 1 only.
To activate the Aircel 'Pay Per Second Plan', users need to dial 123 and choose option 6. The plan will be activated within 12 hours. Users can also activate the plan by SMSing “SECOND” to 53382 or by e- recharge of Rs.1 only. Aircel subscribers can also enjoy other Aircel special recharge vouchers along with the 'Pay Per Second Plan'.
