BSNL has now reduced their roaming rates upto 70%. Now BSNL prepaid users of Pay Per Second Plan and All @ 49 Plan, can enjoy BSNL reduced roaming rates.

Out Going Local and STD calls to BSNL Network While Roaming: 1 paisa per second
Out Going Local and STD calls to Other Network While Roaming: 1.2 paisa per second
Incoming Calls While National Roaming: 1 paisa per second
All @ 49 Plan:
Out Going Local and STD calls to BSNL Network While Roaming: 49 paisa per minute
Out Going Local and STD calls to Other Network While Roaming: 49 paisa per minute
Incoming Calls While National Roaming: 49 paisa per minute
