As prepaid mobile service is banned in Jammu and Kashmir circle, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has introduced new Pay Per Second billing plan Plan-99 for postpaid users in Jammu & Kashmir.
BSNL Postpaid Plan 99 is available for all existing as well as new users in Jammu & Kashmir. Users can enjoy local and STD calls at 1 paisa per second tariff rate to any network in the country. Users can also enjoy free seconds and free SMSes every month.

Details of BSNL Postpaid Plan 99:
Monthly rental: Rs. 99
Local call rate: 1 paisa per second
STD call rate: 1 paisa per second for 10000 seconds and thereafter 2 paisa per second
Local SMS rate: 50 paisa per SMS
National SMS to BSNL network, SMS rate: 50 paisa per SMS
National SMS to other networks, SMS rate: Rs. 1 per SMS
Incoming roaming call rate: Rs. 1 per minute
Outgoing roaming call rate: Rs. 1 per minute
Free local seconds: 3000 seconds per month
Free local & national SMS to BSNL network: 100 SMSes.
