BSNL introduces Pay Per Second Plan in All Circles

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has announced Pay Per Second Plan in all its circles. Now BSNL users can make local and STD calls at one paisa per second.
Details of BSNL Pay Per Second Plan are:
MRP: Rs. 45
Local BSNL to BSNL call rate: 1 paisa per second
STD BSNL to BSNL call rate: 1 paisa per second
Local BSNL to others call rate: 1.2 paisa per second
STD BSNL to others call rate: 1.2 paisa per second
Validity: 1 year
However for BSNL users in Bihar and Jharkhand, all local and STD call rates will be 1 paisa per second only.
