Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has introduced two Special Tariff Vouchers for its 2G and 3G prepaid users in Bihar circle. BSNL has launched 1 Paisa per Second & STV 29 with validity for 1 year.

MRP: Rs. 45
Talktime: Nil
Local on net call rate: 1 paisa per second
Local off net call rate: 1 paisa per second
STD on net call rate: 1 paisa per second
STD off net call rate: 1 paisa per second
Local and National SMS rate: As per main plan
All other tariff: As per main plan
Validity: 365 days
2.) STV 29:
MRP: Rs. 29
Talktime: Rs. 5
Local on net call rate: 40 paisa per minute
Local off net call rate: 50 paisa per minute
STD on net call rate: 50 paisa per minute
STD off net call rate: 60 paisa per minute
Local and National SMS rate: As per main plan
All other tariff: As per main plan
Validity: 365 days

These STVs are available for a short period of time i.e. till 30-01-2010.
