BSNL Launches 3G Services in Kerala Circle

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has launched its 3G services in Kerala telecom circle.

Now Kerala users can also avail BSNL high speed 3G services. BSNL is going to allot 37000 3G connections in the first phase. BSNL has invested Rs. 650 crore for the first phase launch. BSNL Kerala unit said that they will launch 2.55 lakh 3G lines in the circle by the end of the month. Now BSNL 3G services will be available Kozhikode city, suburbs and Kalpetta.
With BSNL 3G services users can access internet with a speed of 3.6 Mbps, download contents and avail live TV facility on their handsets. Users can make video calls and local voice calls at 30 paisa per minute. While all STD calls will be charged at 50 paisa per minute.
Users can also recharge for Rs. 120 and get Rs. 20 talktime along with 6 months. Users will get 50 free video calls and 25 MB internal usage.
