Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., BSNL has launched two new Special Tariff Vouchers for GSM prepaid users in Bihar. BSNL has launched 549 National Voucher and 298 Local Voucher, which offers unlimited free calling on BSNL network and free SMSes.
