Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. has introduced a new promotional plan- ‘Vinadi Lifetime’ for its 2G prepaid users in Chennai. Users can make calls at 1 paisa per second tariff rates. BSNL also offers 50 paisa per minute tariff rates on any two Friends and family BSNL numbers.
