Idea Cellular customer care calls are no more free for customers in Chennai and Tamilnadu.

Idea Cellular has announced that calls to Idea customer care number are going to be charged. Customers have to pay 50 paisa per 3 minutes for call to customer care number. All calls made to Idea customer care number– 12345 will not be charged till the customer get connected to the customer care executive. However first 25 seconds of the call are not going to be charged, thereafter calls are going to be charged.
In Tamilnadu, Idea is the only one who is charging for customer care calls. These charges are applicable on all prepaid as well as postpaid customers.
