Idea mobile has introduces per second billing plan in Himachal. The name of the plan is Super Second' plan. Under this plan subscribers will be able to make local and STD calls at 1 paise per second to all the networks in India.

To use this plan existing prepaid subscribers have to buy a voucher of 26 Rs. For new subscriber value of voucher is going to be Rs. 48.

Although Himachal does not have very large subscribers but it is growing. Airtel has major mobile market share in Himachal. With this new plan Idea cellular has tried to increase its markets share.
