MTNL Delhi has introduced a new plan - Pay Per Second Plan for prepaid Garuda RUIM users. Users can get Pay Per Second RUIM for Rs. 150 with Rs. 50 talktime in it and with 365 days validity.

Activation charges: Rs. 150
Talktime: Rs. 50
Validity: 365 days
Local on net call rate: half paisa per second
Local off net call rate: 1 paisa per second
STD on net call rate: half paisa per second
STD off net call rate: 1 paisa per second
Local on net SMS rate: 10 paisa per SMS
Local off net SMS rate: 25 paisa per SMS
National SMS rate: 50 paisa per SMS
International SMS rate: Rs. 2.50 per SMS
Data charges: paisa per KB
MTNL Friends & Family Scheme: Customers has the freedom to choose any two MTNL Delhi numbers where no call charges will be levied under this offer.
Note: MTNL Garuda Pay Per Second RUIM scheme will be applicable from 15-02-2010.
