Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. (MTNL) has launched a new Blackberry Data plan- BIS 499 Plan, for its postpaid customers in Delhi. With MTNL BIS 499 Plan, customers can enjoy free data download upto 2000KB and unlimited free Blackberry mail service and instant messaging.
