With MTNL Youth Plan, customers can enjoy calls at lowest rates and also enjoy freebies like; free local MTNL minutes, free video calls, free local MTNL SMSes and free data download. Customers can also avail MyGroup Plan without any charges and add upto 9 dolphin and trump customers to their group. Calls and SMSes to these numbers will be5 paisa per minute tariff rate.

Customers can activate MTNL Youth Plan can be activated on SIM for Rs. 10 i.e. 3G SIM. Customers can avail MTNL Youth Plan for Rs. 53.
