MTNL Mumbai Comes With Free 3G Jaddo Offer for New & Existing GSM Customers

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. has come with a very exciting offer for its new and existing GSM customers in Mumbai. With MTNL Free 3G Jaddo Offer users can make unlimited local video calls, high speed wireless broadband internet up to 3.6 Mbps, mobile gaming, music/ video downloads and much more.

MTNL has launched a new offer for prepaid and postpaid users (Dolphin/Trump) in Mumbai. No one time activation charges of Rs. 149 will be charged in this period for all who send “ACT 3G” SMS to 444 for Trump or 555 for Dolphin. Users can get free video calls facility to MTNL network. High speed internet access will be provided for free. However, the data download/usage will be charged @ Rs. 2/- per MB in pulse rate of 2p/10 KB.
Note: Customers has to maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 25 in his account. Also SMS will be charged at Rs. 2 per SMS.
Steps to Activate:-
1.) Trump customers:
SMS “FREE 3G” to 444
To continue the services after free trial offer with waiver of one time activation charges of Rs 149/-, the customer should send “ACT 3G” to 444 before the expiry of the trial period and upto 15.3.2010 only. Users will be provided 3G service without any activation fees.
From 16.3.2010, one time activation charges of Rs 149/- will be charged
The data download/usage will be charged @ Rs. 2/- per MB in pulse rate of 2p/10 KB. However for customers who recharges with Rs. 45/- or Rs. 48/- coupon, the data tariff will be 1p / 10KB.
2.) Dolphin customers:
SMS “FREE 3G” SMS to 555.
