Reliance Communications Launches 3G Services in Delhi Mumbai Kolkata & Chandigarh
Reliance communications has launched its Third Generation (3G) mobile services in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chandigarh telecom circles.
To launch 3G services, Reliance has covered three major metro cities in the beginning. Reliance has license to launch 3G services in all 13 circles. Reliance is planning to launch 3G services in remaining 9 telecom circles by the end of March 2010.
These 13 circles include Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Assam, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, North East, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan and West Bengal.
All Reliance customers with 3G-enabled handsets will automatically be migrated from 2G to 3G services without any charges. With Reliance 3G services, customers can enjoy high broadband speed upto 28Mbps, Video Calling, Mobile TV, Video Streaming, etc.
