Reliance Introduces an Exclusive VAS for Prepaid Customers- Simply Suvidha
Reliance has come an exclusive Value Added service for its prepaid (Mobile & Hello) customers- Simply Suvidha. Now Reliance customers can get credit limit while having insufficient or negative balance.
With Reliance Simply Suvidha, customers can enjoy uninterrupted VAS while having insufficient or negative balance. Customers will get a credit limit of Rs. 5 to Rs. 15 with Reliance Simply Suvidha service. Customers need not to do any request for the credit limit, the credit limit will be available for the customers automatically.
Some basic parameters are set for providing Reliance Simply Suvidha service, which are Total Voice Usage, VAS usage for last six months & Age on Network. For outgoing barred calls, Simply Suvidha service will not be applicable. Also for new customers (activated within last 30 days), Suvida Limit would be zero.
To unsubscribe Reliance Simply Suvidha service, customers can send SMS "NCR" to 51234 (Toll Free) within 24 hours.
