Tata Docomo has launched a new On Net Tariff Voucher; STV 24 for its prepaid customers in Mumbai telecom circle. Using STV 24, Tata Docomo Mumbai customers can avail all local on net calls at an effective rate of 10 paisa per minute and STD on net calls at 20 paisa per minute.
