Tata Indicom has introduced STV 98 for per minute customers, which offers local on net and off net calls at 30 paisa per minute tariff rate. While for per second customers, Tata Indicom has introduced STV 99, which offers all local on net and off net calls at 1 paisa per 2 seconds tariff rate.
