TTSL Introduces Industry’s First Customer Charter Service for Tata Indicom CDMA Customers
Tata Teleservices, TTSL has come with a special and industry’s first Customer Charter Service to compensate its users. TTSL Customer Charter Service will be available for Tata Indicom CDMA users in the country.
TTSL Customer Charter Service includes 5 commitments which are The Call Drop Commitment, The Billing Disputes Commitment, The Call- Back Commitment, The Handset Repair Commitment and The Free Trial of VAS Commitment.
Features of TTSL Customer Charter Service:
1.) The Call Drop Commitment: TTSL offers decrease in call drops on their network. If call drops are more than 1.5% of total calls in a month, customers will get 2.5% refund of their last billed amount.
2.) The Billing Disputes Commitment: TTSL will address every bill dispute within 72 hours. In case of failing, they will compensate customers with Rs. 25 for every additional day till the complaint being resolved.
3.) The Call-Back Commitment: TTSL promises to attend customer’s calls within 90 seconds. In case of failing, customers can register a call back request and customers will get a call from the company within 2 hours.
4.) The Handset Repair Commitment: TTSL ensures its customers that they will always have a working handset. In case of failing in repairing of handset at TTSL’s i- Care centre, customers will get a loaner handset for their usage.
5.) The Free Trial of VAS Commitment: TTSL offers a 7 day free trial of Value Added Service of their choice. This offer will be applicable for all new TTSL prepaid as well as postpaid customers.
Note: Customer Charter Service will not be applicable for customers in Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra and Goa circles.
