Vodafone is Charging for Customer Care Numbers
Vodafone has announced that calls to Vodafone customer care numbers are going to be charged. Now Vodafone users have to pay 50 paisa per 3 minute for customer care calls for inquires.
Like Airtel, Loop Mobile and Aircel, Vodafone has also announced that calls to Vodafone customer care numbers are going to be charged. Now customers have to pay for customer care calls also.
If customer calls 111, the IVR will ask whether you want to register a complaint or do something else. If it’s a complaint, the caller will be asked to terminate the call and dial 198, which is toll free. But if customer wants to talk to an Vodafone customer care agent, a message will tell that the call will be charged at 50 paisa for three minutes.
